The Child Abuse Prevention Center celebrated 35 years of helping children and their families by hosting a “Heart of Broadway” gala for 350 guests at the Balboa Bay Resort. The Exchange Club of Newport Harbor, represented by its president Richard Swinney, received the nonprofit’s first-time Lifetime Legacy Award.
